About Rentals:

  • We refund the exact amount of your fuel bill.

  • We carry insurance.

  • No per day minimum.

  • Out of State / extended rentals available.

  • Add 8.25% for Sale's Tax / Rentals only.

 

Minimum Qualification & Experience:

CESSNA 152:       

Student / Private / Commercial / ATP Certificate with Single Engine Land Rating and Checkout.

 

CESSNA 172 Skyhawk:       

Student / Private / Commercial / ATP Certificate with Single Engine Land Rating and Checkout.

 

CESSNA 172RG Cutlass:   

Private / Commercial / ATP Certificate with Single Engine Land Rating and check out. Minimum of 100 Total logged hours and 25 Hours in Retractable Gear Aircraft and 5 hours in the same Make & Model Aircraft. A Renter Pilot may receive a minimum of 5 Hours Flight Instruction with AIR FIRST, LLC in the same Make & Model of Aircraft in lieu of having the 25 Hours required in Retractable Gear Aircraft. Must have a Complex Airplane endorsement or High Performance endorsement dating prior to August 4, 1997.

 

Recent Flight Experience / Currency:

Renters are responsible to remain current and comply with the Federal Aviation Regulations. Please verify that you have received a Flight Review in the preceding 24 calendar months, that you are current to carry passengers (ref. landing currency) and that you are Instrument current prior to an IFR Flight.

All Pilots must have a valid / current Pilot & Medical Certificate. Please bring these documents  & your Pilot Logbook when you intend to rent an airplane.
